1.Most of the high-speed wire conductors use a single silver-plated copper structure, which is relatively less bendable than stranded conductors, and is not easy to recover after bending. The conductor is bent, which affects the performance. In the process of wrapping with aluminum foil, it is very important to minimize the extrusion and deformation of the cable. 2.As mentioned above, the high-speed wire part is a structure of physical foaming, and the highest foaming degree of physical foaming is as high as about 60 percent . So far, the insulation performance is very good, but its mechanical properties are gradually lost. When stretched, it is easy to be deformed and will destroy the structure of the foam layer.
